Our home base is Hamilton Proper Park in Fishers at 10525 Hoosier Rd, Fishers, IN 46037. It is just up the road from Top Golf and on the corner of Hoosier Rd. and 116th St. It is right behind Fresh Thyme.

Fall 2024 Season

Practices:

In the Fall, we plan to practice on Sunday afternoons for two hours instead of twice a week for one hour. We feel this is easier on our families and aligns better with other fall commitments. We will have a mix of both positional work and team concepts during each practice. Practices will start after Labor Day and run until the week before Thanksgiving.

  • Dates: Sept 8 – Nov 17 (11 weeks long)

  • Time: 2:00-4:00 pm *Tentative for now

  • Location: Hamilton Proper Park (10525 Hoosier Rd, Fishers, IN 46037)

Winter 2025 Positional Training

Over the winter we plan to offer optional, positional training which can be done in smaller spaces. We are still sorting out the specifics and will look to bring in some partners to assist if necessary. Our goal is to ensure that players seeking additional instruction over the winter can develop skills and enhance their lacrosse knowledge all while having fun and not getting burned out. Stay tuned for more updates!

Winter Development Camp

We have successfully run a two-day camp in both 2023 and 2024 for over 100 athletes across the state. This is a great way to build community and to work with our knowledgeable staff. This camp cost would be worked into the registration of families who are a part of Indiana All-Stars. We also welcome non-All-Stars members to participate in this event as well. For more information on our previous year's camps, you can check out some promotional videos on our Instagram.

Summer 2025 Season

Practice Details: This summer, we practiced at HPP on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-8 pm starting the week of June 4 and running through mid-July. Therefore we practiced for 6 weeks long, twice a week, and competed in three tournaments. We extended practice to three hours to accommodate those driving from Evansville or the south side of Indy up to Fishers. We will consider changing practice times per grad year to fit the needs of kids and families. I think the sweet spot for attention spans usually runs between 90 minutes and 2 hours.

Summer 2025 Tournament Details

Below, you can find a list of tournaments that we participated in during the summer of 2024. I will give more details on our affiliation with Project Midwest below, but we are very excited about our partnership with them. This is also our “next level” for individual players who aspire to play at the National level. In our first season, we had 5 of our players from three teams compete on the PMW team.

I left the third tournament up to a vote from the parents and players once teams were selected. Our families this year chose to travel to Colorado instead of staying in the Midwest for a third tournament that was drivable.

These tournaments are subject to change, but this gives you an idea of which weekend tournaments are on and how far we may travel. I would consider keeping our youngest teams closer to home even if our older groups decide to make a trip out East or back to Colorado.

  • June 15-16 - Project Midwest Summer Invitational (Columbus, Ohio)

  • June 29-30 - Team Illinois Summer Invitational (Rockford, Illinois)

  • July 13-14 - Adrenaline Western Shootout (Colorado Springs, Colorado)

Team Structure / Roster

Our model is to focus on one team per age group. To ensure individual coaching and specific feedback, we plan to limit roster size to 20-22 players and will make cuts. This is a tryout to be considered an Indiana All-Star. Players will only be playing up if the roster availability, player skill level, and family comfort level are all perfectly aligned.

Anticipated Costs

We strive to make Indiana All-Stars a fair, and valuable offering for all lacrosse families. We also understand that to sustain the highest quality coaches and mentors in the area, we must compensate them correctly. We are still sorting out Summer 2025 tournaments which have team registration fees, and coaching travel costs. We anticipate the club team costs will be $2,500 - $3,000 per player. This may vary based on age group as well.

We do plan to offer a per-season option as well (Fall '24 or Summer '25); however, tryouts are still required.

National Team Offering = Project Midwest

Project Midwest Lacrosse is a group of the top clubs in the Midwest made up of Resolute (OH), Project Missouri/KC, Team Illinois, Alpha(WI), Omnia (MI), Minnesota Loons, No Excuse (TN), Louisville Kings Select (KY)and now the Indiana All-Stars. The goal of this partnership is to bring together top, like-minded clubs in the Midwest to provide athletes unique opportunities, host events & collaborate on travel teams. Project Midwest began in 2017 as a pathway for the best lacrosse players in the Midwest to come together and compete in top national tournaments. From a high school perspective, Project Midwest has become one of the premier and most recruited clubs in the United States. For our Youth, PMW competes as a member of The Circuit, which offers players in 5th-8th grade a chance to compete in the most exclusive, competitive environment in two events throughout the year.
